Overnight Front Office Supervisors lead the agents whom are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.

The Overnight Front Office Supervisor is responsible for the following but not limited to:
- Balancing of the accounts from the day shift.
- Managing of the front desks activity and handling guest check ins and check outs.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up-calls and other activities according to guest preference.
- Handling customer requests and complaints and directing other employees or department accordingly
- Managing and updating all official documentation pertaining to the role
- Ensuring that all end of day activities have been successfully executed
- Answering calls and queries related to potential booking.
- The candidate must have refined written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- ability to lift, carry, push and pull a moderate amount of weight
