The Media, Growth, Analytics, and CRM team is responsible for driving awareness, delivering incremental players and re-engaging lapsed players through a multichannel approach.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical skills, able to deliver actionable insights at scale for business stakeholders. They possess deep knowledge of the advertising landscape and have the ability to craft compelling narratives from performance data to illustrate successes and opportunities throughout the entire marketing funnel.

In addition to releasing New World, an MMO set on a supernatural continent in the Age of Exploration, and publishing Lost Ark, from acclaimed studio Smilegate RPG, we are working on new IPs from our studios and teams in the US, Canada, and Europe, along with other projects in varying stages of development.

Key job responsibilities

- Work closely with the media team to understand their processes, reporting requirements, and data needs to drive insights into media performance and improve their ability to scale

- Conduct data analysis to evaluate user growth performance, identify trends, develop and implement a data-driven approach to assess campaign performance and audience targeting, and make recommendations for optimization

- Conduct in-depth custom ad effectiveness studies and bespoke analyses to understand the relative impact of different marketing strategies across digital platforms and across media

- Assist with managing and improving processes for identity resolution, tagging, and other tracking parameters to gather meaningful data in a customer obsessed and privacy forward way

- Identify and prioritize opportunities with marketing managers, write test charters, and provide test analysis and recommendations to collaborators

- Partner with cross functional teams such as data science, data engineering, product analysts, experimentation and instrumentation teams to contribute to advanced models (MMM, MTA), data pipelines and instrumentation, and build testing roadmap

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience

- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights

- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools

- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops)

- Experience in customer segmentation, customer behavior analysis, conjoint/trade-off modeling

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $143,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
