Title: Paralegal
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL
Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US

Provides assistance in preparing legal documents. Performs routine legal research and compiles data from such references as digests, encyclopedias, practice manuals or other sources.
Prepares drafts of contracts involving leases, licenses, purchases, sales, insurance, employment, and related matters.
Maintains file system for annual meetings and drafts documents for such meetings, including notices, proxies, affidavits of mailing, agendas, ballots, shareholders' and directors' minutes and related memoranda.
Performs legal support assignments that are varied and more complex in character but usually involving relatively limited responsibilities.
Normal qualifications include an education minimum of two years formal legal training or equivalent.

We're looking for someone to review a large set of contracts, document variations in language by contract type, and facilitate language consolidation exercises to enable efficient contract creation moving forward.
