Insight Global's client, the largest Medicare-focused Field Marketing Organization nationwide, is looking to hire a Data Entry Specialist to work 20 hours a week in an ongoing, remote contract position. You will work alongside the Controller and be responsible for processing monthly invoices from an excel spreadsheet into QuickBooks Online. The first month of the role will be paid training and you are not required to have prior invoicing or QuickBooks experience. This position offers a flexible work schedule and the opportunity to work for a leading organization in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:
• Create invoices accurately and efficiently using QuickBooks Online.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices.
• Maintain organized records of invoices and payments.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivable.

• Strong computer competency.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to meet deadlines and work independently with little supervision.
• Ability to learn and pick up on new skills and software quickly.
