One of our prominent accounting clients is looking for a Partnership Tax Senior Manager to join their Partnership Tax team. This individual will lead the team's production of primary and secondary reviews of complex tax returns and provide tax consulting services for your partnership clients -- all with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel. As well as, make recommendations on return preparation and tax savings opportunities, focusing on accuracy, quality and client service specifically around partnership tax.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluate and manage tax aspects of partnership agreements.
- Oversee client's IRC 704b account compliance.
- Attract, mentor, and develop talented tax professionals.
- Lead multiple teams to execute tax projects across various industries.
- Provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance services.
- Develop and implement tax strategies within budget constraints.
- Foster and expand client relationships and business networks.
- Conduct performance reviews and manage staff development.
- Research and consult on complex tax issues, especially in partnership taxation.
- Handle correspondence with tax authorities.
- Ensure clear communication with clients for successful project delivery.
- Drive business development through proposal creation and client pursuits.
- Perform additional tax-related duties as needed.
This position can be based out of the following Florida locations: Miami, Orlando, Jacksonville, or Tampa.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Active CPA
- 7+ years of tax compliance and/or consulting
- Analytical skills, US GAAP proficiency, partnership and JV tax returns knowledge
- Exceptional client service and communication abilities
- Leadership qualities with strong business development and mentoring skills
- Capable of handling multiple projects and priorities
- Willingness to travel
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Partnership structuring, entity formation, M&A
- Spanish language skills are a plus
