Job Responsibilities and Requirements

• Positively interact with customers about products and services we offer.
• Acquire part numbers needed to process customer orders (source unknown part numbers through provided manuals and/or catalogs
• Assist customer requests, identifying needs, then transact customer orders upon confirmation and according to payment terms.
• Execute direct-ship orders via purchase order system and workflow process.
• Track shipments, follow-up as needed, and notify customers of shipment status.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve challenges with excellent customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness, supply of stock, and operation of department equipment and tools.
• Analyze various orders and effectively communicate challenges to prevent errors and maintain time management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
• Fill orders from local inventory by pulling, packing, and verifying accuracy of order

Education, Skills, Experience, Knowledge, Responsibility

• High School Diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 2 years minimum experience in customer service environment
• Parts experience, mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, preparing and maintaining accurate records.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
• Must be able to read and write in English, perform basic math, navigate a variety of manuals.
• Must be able to comprehend complex, multi-step written and oral instructions.
• Excellent communication and etiquette
• Maintain quality focus and integrity working with detailed confidential information/data.
• Flexibility to work with diverse individuals and in a team environment.
• Possess ability to identify challenges and resolve with positive results.
• Quick learner and ability to accept and retain job-related training.
• Work under moderate supervision using standardized practices and/or methods, providing information and/or communicating to others.

Required Qualifications

• Fast-paced environment, in a combination of office and warehouse
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
