A nonprofit organization in Middletown, CT is looking to bring on a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to sit on site Monday and Thursday each week. This position is open due to an increased need from a schedule change. On a day to day basis this candidate will be responsible for answering phones and transferring calls appropriately, booking training rooms, and welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival to the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as previous customer service or administration experience. The Administrative Assistant would work closely with the HR team and interact with executives at the company as well. They should also have experience working with Paycomm and MS office suite.

2-5 years Administrative/Customer Service Experience

Excellent communication skills

Highly Organized individual

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with MS Suite

Experience with HRIS systems such as Paycom
