This position is based in our Stockton CA office location and is not open to remote work-from-home. All qualified candidates must live within a daily commute distance of Stockton CA.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all functions related to patient registration
- Has direct oversight of the department Supervisors
- Indirect oversight of approximately 80 team member
- Responsibility of the Manager to ensure service excellence and a commitment to high standards of service, performance and integrity

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with managing staff
- 2+ years of experience working in a Patient Access department
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Reside within a reasonable commuting distance to our Stockton, CA office location
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification specific to Revenue Cycle Management (i.e. CHAA, CHAM, CRCR, AAHAM, CHSP)
- 2+ years of experience managing other leaders
- Ability to navigate multiple portals simultaneously
