Piper Health Sciences is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join a leading biotech organization that develops life-extending technologies for patients located in Durham, NC . The Patient Care Coordinator will educate customers about various products and serve as a guide through the therapy process.

Responsibilities of the Patient Care Coordinator include:

• Provide case management services to patients
• Handle inbound and outbound patient communication to prevent any barriers to therapy access
• Understand program services and effectively communicate them to patients
• Created strong relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and internal partners
• Meet all performance metrics

Qualifications for the Patient Care Coordinator include:

• 2+ years of experience in customer services, case management, or patient experience management
• Telephone etiquette, and verbal/written communication skills
• Good documentation practices preferably using CRM
• Associate or Bachelors degree in life sciences, business, or a related field

Compensation for the Patient Care Coordinator include:

• Salary Range: $62,000 - $75,000 depending on experience
