A client of Insight Global is looking for a Patient Care Consultant to provide excellent patient care through accurately interpreting and capturing the desired outcome of the individual in the consultation by way of being thorough, descriptive, and informative when understanding and assessing patient's needs. The Patient Care Consultant works closely with both the Surgeon and Practice Manager with the upmost care and understanding when assessing the patient's needs and or concerns. Recognizes the importance of solid interpersonal communication skills, and sales aspects, while being conscious concerning the sensitive nature of the individual and or situation.
- -Ability to manage time wisely and is responsible/respectful concerning consultation schedule
- -Concedes the importance in establishing strong rapport and trust with each consultation conducted, while delivering excellent patient experience
- -Conducts effective and informative patient consultations in order to determine goals and set realistic expectations
- -Correctly understands and assesses the patient needs, medical history, and other eligibility requirements during consultation
- -Works in conjunction with Surgeon to determine best patient results and satisfaction
- -Maintains consistent follow-up skills on consultations performed, to include identifying unique ways of communicating
- -Collaborates with Practice Manager to develop and deliver strategic sales tactics. Initiatives, resulting in maximum revenue/earning potential
- -Document all required patient information while maintaining all HIPAA and patient privacy laws
- -Keep track of KPIs, and monthly goals, to create a monthly action plan to grow revenue for the practice
60-70k yr with uncapped commission

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum High School Diploma
Consultative sales experience with documented successful sales record
Adept with software programs; computer literate to include; Microsoft word, excel, outlook, and other scheduling software
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Spanish proficiency.
