SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Patient Experience Coordinator (PEC) acts an ambassador by performing a variety of integral activities to assist leadership and the care teams to meet departmental and organizational goals for patient satisfaction.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Two (2) years of experience in Patient Relations/Patient Experience required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
- Healthcare industry and hospital operations experience preferred.
- Knowledge of patient satisfaction and patient experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Patient Relations operations preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
