The Patient Registration Specialist at Montgomery Cancer Center serves as the first team member a patient encounters. Responsibilities of the specialist include greeting, collecting patient demographic information, accurately entering this information in the system, verifying benefits eligibility, referring to financial counseling as needed, and other customer service related duties. • Previous experience preferred in hospital or medical office.
