The Patient Registration, Team Lead shall be responsible for monitoring the day to day department activity of the Patient Registration department. This individual shall provide training and in-service education to employees. The Team Lead will provide a work schedule to meet staffing requirements. This position may have additional duties assigned as needed.Description

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Previous knowledge of hospital and department policies and procedures.
• BLS required
• Must be able to maintain positive public relations image in all medical staff and interdepartmental communications.
• Must relate to physicians, coworkers and patients in a courteous, helpful and respectful manner.
• Is expected to participate in a team effort to accomplish department goals, must be willing to rearrange schedules according to department needs.
• Must be able to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
