About the Roles:

Phone / Queues PSR:
  • Be the friendly voice of our clinic, handling a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Master the art of managing appointment and referral queues, ensuring smooth patient flow.
  • Opportunity for cross-training in check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Utilize EPIC software to streamline processes and enhance patient care.

Check-in PSR:
  • Welcome patients with a warm smile, managing their check-in and check-out process seamlessly.
  • Schedule appointments, collect co-pays, and handle referrals with precision.
  • Take charge of insurance verification and follow up on essential registration items.
  • Engage in both inbound and outbound calls to support patient needs. (As responsibilities grow over time, initial tasks will be straightforward for contract workers)

Must-Have Skills/Qualifications:
  1. Comfortable thriving in a high-volume call setting.
  2. Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
  3. Exceptional communication skills to ensure top-notch patient interactions.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Prior experience with EPIC software.

Soft Skills/Attributes:
  • Team player mentality, eager to collaborate for the success of our clinic and our patients.

Schedule/Shift:
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
