Location: 4101 Technology Ave, New Albany, IN
Schedule: Open 7 days per week, 40-hour work week with the following schedule(s), Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 6:00PM and Saturday and Sunday, 8:00AM - 1:00PM. Supervisor will determine schedule.

- Greet patient when entering the practice
- Obtain accurate and updated patient information, such as name, address, insurance information
- Perform insurance verification on the date of service
- File and maintain medical records
- Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously
- Collects co-pays or outstanding balances on the date of service
- Perform referral documentation promptly
- Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 6+ months of healthcare or customer service-related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in medical front office position performing duties such as scheduling appointments, checking patients in/out, insurance verification, collecting co-pays and maintaining medical records
- Knowledge of EMR (Electronic Medical Records) software
- Proficient in typing, 50-60 wpm and Microsoft Office
