Job Description:

We are seeking a Patient Service Representative to join a busy imaging center. This role involves managing patient interactions and supporting administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone inquiries and assist patients.
• Scan and process prescriptions.
• Help with the patient kiosk.
• Register patients efficiently.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of medical administrative experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Additional Details:

• Work Hours:
  • Mon-Thurs: 3 PM - 7 PM
  • Fri: 3 PM - 6 PM
  • Rotating Saturdays: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM (includes paid lunch)
