Job description

Infosys is seeking an API automation Test Lead

As a QA Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the [United States/Canada] without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time
• 4 + years of experience in payment testing and should have experience in leading a team
• Experience on Commercial Banking, Realtime Payments (TCH, Fed Now, ISO20022)
• 4+ years of Automation and API (Karate, Rest Assure)
• 3 days' work from office
• The candidate must be located within commuting distance of San Antonio, TX, and willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US and Canada.
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Financial - Payment industry experience in Commercial Banking
  • Domain knowledge of Realtime/ Instant payments (TCH, Fed Now)
  • Having strong understanding of ISO20022 payment message standards, schemas, and the usages.
  • Familiar with using Data driven Automation approach across the Payment ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with other Payments like ACH, Zelle, Wires, SWIFT will be added advantage.
• Experience in implementing Automation strategy
  • Professional work experience in software test automation using Selenium, Java, BDD, Cucumber, Junit, TestNG
  • Strong experience in API automation ( Karate, Rest Assure)
  • Knowledge of DevOps including Jenkins, Maven etc.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
