This position requires an additional 25 hours per year.

Position Overview

This position is a valuable part of the finance payroll team and will share responsibilities with other contract and staff resources. The office will provide the candidate with extensive on-the-job training and access to a variety of sponsor-unique databases. This work includes researching and responding to customer needs by applying and interpreting established policies and procedures. It requires gathering data and preparing , tracking, maintaining, and updating employee records and information. Provide clear and concise feedback and instruction to employees when corrections/changes are required; maintaining metrics statistics, analyzing and evaluating complex information to form sound conclusions and taking appropriate actions(s). Candidate will apply general business processes of the office to resolve routing to complex mission-drive issues; draft written notifications that are understandable, and assist customers in becoming self-sufficient in finding information to answer a variety of finance payroll questions. The Candidate may be asked to assist with payroll close and voucher preparation.

Required Skills

• Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.
