POSITION SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The PBX Operator assists in operating a multiple position telephone switchboard; relaying incoming and outgoing calls. You will handle emergency stat calls and use desktop computer software to carry out notification of staff, to access inpatient census to assist callers. (Night Positions available)

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months as an operator on a multi-position switchboard and familiarity with radio paging systems is required.
