This position is responsible for a high-volume switchboard which manages the resorts internal and external inbound calls. In addition to the phone duties, the individual(s) in this role coordinate the transportation for all arriving and departing guests with our third-party transportation partner. Finally, the individual(s) in this position will prepare welcome amenities and perform various other administrative duties.

• 1 year of related experience and/or training preferred but not required
• Customer service experience required
• Flexible schedule availability required
• Computer experience required - Excel experience and data entry highly recommended
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
