PCT Tier 1 CSO PRN- $18.75/HR + Shift diff

• Commit to 36 hours per 6-week schedule

• Hours are not guaranteed

• Work 1 weekend shift per 6-week schedule

• Work 1 Holiday/DTS shift during commitment period

• Works at Texas Health Huguley (THH) only

PCT-Tier 2 CSO PRN - $19.75/HR +Shift diff

• Commit to 36 hours per 6-week schedule

• Hours are not guaranteed

• Work 1 weekend shift per 6-week schedule

• Work 1 Holiday/DTS shift during commitment period

• Works at THH & Texas Health Mansfield (THM)

PCT Tier 3 CSO PRN - $20.75/HR +Shift diff

• Commit to 48 hours per pay period

• Hours are not guaranteed

• Work 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule

• Work 2 holiday/DTS shift during commitment period

• Works at THH & THM

• May request 1-week unpaid vacation during commitment period. No approved time off during holiday weeks. Must provide manager 4 weeks' notice for vacation requests.

PCT Tier 4 CSO PRN - $21.75/HR + Shift diff

• Commit to 72 hours per pay period

• Hours are not guaranteed

• Work 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule

• Work 2 Holiday/DTS shifts during commitment period.

• Works at THH & THM

• May request 1-week unpaid vacation during commitment period. No approved time off during holiday weeks. Must provide manager 4 weeks' notice for vacation requests

Missed Shift (absent/sick): if you miss a commitment shift during your contracted time period, you will need to make it up within 6 weeks.

Shift: Days (7:00am - 7:00pm) OR Nights (7:00pm-7:00am) - NIGHTS biggest need

The role you'll contribute:

Perform general clerical duties, observe the telemetry monitors for a designated time frame, and specific non-professional services under the direct supervision of the Charge Nurse/RN, to expedite the efficient function of the nursing unit consistent with the philosophy, goals, policies and procedures of the Nursing Department and hospital administration. Operate the call light system and recognize emergency alarms. Must be able to recognize and document basic arrhythmias and respond appropriately. Must be able to perform a variety of specific patient care activities, consistent with goals, philosophy, standards and guidelines of the nursing department and the hospital.

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Current Texas Certified Nurse's Aide OR

• Graduate of an approved Hospital specific PCT Training Program (i.e. THR/THH or Center For Learning Program) OR

• Nursing student who has completed fundamentals within the past 2 years OR

• Completed foreign nurse degree program OR

• Military experience with medical training equivalent (Equivalent to EMT-B) OR

• 1 year of applicable PCT/EMT experience in lieu of an active and approved certification

• BLS certification required within the first 90 days
