PEAK - Civil Engineering - Front Desk

Job Description

This position is being filled through OU's PEAK Temporary Staffing Services.

Civil Engineering and Environmental Science needs a front desk person to start as soon as possible.

Duties:

• Front desk/reception
• Answer multi line phone. Take messages as required.
• Scheduling: conference rooms, vehicles
• Light data entry
• Light typing
• Assist with events - grad student seminars, scholarship luncheon
• Copying/scanning

Job Requirements

Required: High School Diploma or GED; AND:

12 months office, clerical or receptionist experience.

Skills:

• Familiar with Office 365 - especially Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ability to speak, read and write clear, concise English
• Able to communicate well and build rapport quickly with students, faculty and staff
• Customer service oriented
• Detail oriented
