Job Description
This position is being filled through OU's PEAK Temporary Staffing Services.
Civil Engineering and Environmental Science needs a front desk person to start as soon as possible.

Required: High School Diploma or GED; AND:
12 months office, clerical or receptionist experience.

Duties:
- Front desk/reception
- Answer multi line phone. Take messages as required.
- Scheduling: conference rooms, vehicles
- Light data entry
- Light typing
- Assist with events - grad student seminars, scholarship luncheon
- Copying/scanning
Job Requirements
Required: High School Diploma or GED; AND:
12 months office, clerical or receptionist experience.
Skills:
- Familiar with Office 365 - especially Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to speak, read and write clear, concise English
- Able to communicate well and build rapport quickly with students, faculty and staff
- Customer service oriented
- Detail oriented
