*** Contract position for ~8 months; contract can be extended; contract to hire is possible.

*** The job is on-site with a hybrid work schedule. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of Pittsburgh PA, Cleveland OH, Birmingham AL, Dallas TX, Phoenix AZ

Performance QA / Test Lead :

- This role is part of the Risk Mitigation team, responsible for performance testing and validation of application and infrastructure changes before production deployment.
- Risk Mitigation team within the Office of the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) supports all Lines of Business (LOBs), with an initial focus on the Retail space, particularly the Server-Side Encryption (SSE) and Edge areas (Salesforce).
- Develop and implement performance testing strategies and plans
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) Analysts and Developers to ensure comprehensive testing coverage
- Analyze testing needs and develop appropriate strategies
- Review and approve test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures
- Maintain and update application documentation
- Deliver efficient testing solutions while meeting project milestones and quality standards
- Coach, lead, and mentor team members
- Manage testing for ongoing projects and future initiatives

Qualifications :

- Minimum 8-10 years in QA, with hands-on performance testing experience ( strong background in Performance Testing and Engineering )
- Proficiency in performance testing scripting, analysis, and recommendations using HP Performance Center
- Experience with HP LoadRunner
- Experience with Dynatrace will be a plus
- Experience working in complex, integrated application environments, ideally for clients in financial services/banking
