For a limited time MaineHealth is offering sign on bonuses for Personal Support Specialists (PSS):

0-1 years of experience eligible for $2,500 (full time)

1+ years of experience eligible for $4,000 (full time)

Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time PSS position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

• Position Summary This position consists of 32 hours per week.
  
  • The Personal Support Specialist - LH role, under the direction of a PSS Coordinator, provides hands on personal care and services necessary to maintain a client's health and wellbeing in the home/community.
• Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  
  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. Completion of a 40 hour BEAS approved training course at time of hire or within six months of start date required.
  • License/Certifications: Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Valid Driver's License and proof of auto insurance required.
