Pharmacy Solutions Group is currently recruiting a Pharmacy Operations Manager to provide operational leadership at our Indiana location.
Position Overview:
As the Pharmacy Operations Manager, in partnership with the General Manager and Pharmacist-in-Charge, you will be responsible for providing operational leadership, oversight, and support to pharmacy operational initiatives provided through collaboration by the Chief Pharmacy Officer and Vice President of Operations. As the central leader for the pharmacy's pharmacy technician team, you will oversee the day to day workflow to ensure PSG Pharmacy provides the service pillar promises to our clients and their residents.

As the central leader for the pharmacy's pharmacy technician team, you will oversee the day to day workflow to ensure PSG Pharmacy provides the service pillar promises to our clients and their residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workflow oversight: Ensuring that the day-to-day workflow is being executed efficiently and effectively to produce accurate and timely dispensing of medications. This includes Data Entry, Floor Production, and Automation Cycle Production.
- Scheduling Oversight: Producing and/or approving schedules for all pharmacy technician team members to ensure the schedule is conducive and appropriate for pharmacy volume.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, research, and engage correction as needed for any pharmacy related issues provided by customers or PSG senior leadership.
- Onboarding: As part of the pharmacy leadership team, will take part in hiring pharmacy technician staff, and ensuring the training and on-boarding is scheduled and executed to PSG standard.
- Pharmacy Compliance: In partnership with the General Manager and Pharmacist-in-Charge, ensure all processes are following and in compliance with PSG Policies & Procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Payroll & Labor Management: In working with the Pharmacy Administrative Support and General Manager, review for accuracy and approve payroll reports, as well as ensure productivity and employee costs are executed within the allocated pharmacy budget.
- Production: Assist in pharmacy prescription production when volume requires/as needed.
- Special Projects: Engage in any special assignments as assigned.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with other departments and PSG leadership to understand support and priorities.
Qualifications:
- National Licensed Pharmacy Technician
- 5+ Years of Pharmacy leadership experience. Strong preference given to candidates with Long-Term-Care pharmacy experience.
- Strong preference given to candidates with Framework LTC experience and knowledge.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with multi layers of leadership.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand workflow vulnerabilities and solutions to remedy.
- The ability to manage projects, schedules, and teams to carry out initiatives and solutions.
- Commitment to quality, compliance, and patient safety.
