- Completion of a phlebotomy training program or equivalent experience.
- Current certification as a Phlebotomist preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and infection control protocols.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly between patient rooms.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to perform venipuncture and handle phlebotomy equipment.
- Visual acuity to read labels and accurately document information.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds (boxes of supplies).
