Physical Therapist

Carriage House Nursing and Rehab is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to serve the elderly population and provide the dynamic of balancing both restoration and adaptive therapy techniques to help our patients meet their goals and enjoy their Golden Years.

Our facility gym is spacious with all the equipment needed to regain function. We also partner with ACP to bring the best in modalities at your fingertips to maximize goals.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to residents.

• Conduct assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, documentation, and communication.

• Inservice's to facility staff as needed.

• Function under physician's orders.

• Other duties as assigned.

Our candidates will possess the ability to effectively communicate with patients and other staff.

Educational requirements:

• Master's degree in physical therapy
• Valid State License
• New Grad Encouraged to Apply.
