Required Qualifications*
Physical Therapist and Graduate Non Certified Patient Care Technician Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in physical therapy is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in pediatric patient evaluation and treatment.
Physical Therapist Additional Required Qualifications
- Possession of a current state license to practice physical therapy in Michigan.
- Advanced specialty practice in the evaluation and treatment of all Pelvic floor diagnoses for children, adolescents, and adults.
Desired Qualifications*
- DPT degree in physical therapy or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One year or more of pelvic floor experience, including pediatric pelvic floor experience, pelvic floor residency, or 9+ week clinical affiliation including pediatric pelvic floor training
