Responsibilities
The Physician is responsible, in conjunction with the Medical Director for planning, implementation and evaluation the quality of care provided for the outpatient and inpatient units patients. Additionally, the Physician works with the Medical Staff who admits patients to the hospital to assure quality of care.

Qualifications
Education : Graduate of an accredited medical school; completed residency in psychiatry, Board Certification.
Experience: Experienced in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care, well developed skills in integrating individual treatment approaches into treatment milieu and good working relationships with other attending physicians and staff.
Licensure: Licensed to practice medicine in New Jersey, Board Certified in Psychiatry or Board Eligible possessing the knowledge and skill comparable to an individual with Board Certification.
Additional Requirements : Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
