The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing the site operations, which includes manufacturing and packing customer orders.

• Safety.
  • Site leader for corporate safety programs.
  • Production, Packaging and Shipping.
  • Manages manufacture and order kitting.
  • Ensures quality control o Accountable for manufacturing labor requirements and productivity; manages overtime.
  • Oversee Maintenance Operations.
• Repairs and maintains all production equipment.
• On-time completion of preventative maintenance activities.
  • Responsible for complete, accurate and timely ERP transactions as dictated by established process and/or management.
  • Implements operational procedures as approved by management.
  • Coordinate shipping activity with off-site shipping department and the Sales Support Coordinator as per process dictated by management .
  • Insure adherence to all domestic and international shipping regulations.
• Warehouse Operations.
  • Manage material receiving activities.
  • Conduct all material movements supporting production and requisite GSS transactions.
  • Responsible for inventory accuracy.
• Enforce all Company regulations and policies, especially those relating to safety.

YOUR SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors degree in a relevant major preferred
• Minimum of 2 years leadership experience required
• Experience in chemical mixing processes, warehousing, manufacturing a plush
• MS Windows experience required
• SAP experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus

The salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $90,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
