As a college campus, this facility includes residence halls, student centers, academic centers, faculty buildings and sport centers. This position involves maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting plumbing systems, as well as adhering to safety protocols.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience plumbing in both commercial and residential settings
Experience with hot water systems, pipe sweating w/propress tools, sewer, gas, pipe cleaning, and steam boilers.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience on a college campus/plumbing in similar setting
- Knowledge of Asset Essentials software.
- Certifications:
- Backflow Preventer certification.
- Double Detector Check Valve License.
- Customer service/client interaction
