We are seeking a Program Manager Delivery Lead to support the A&MPLIFY Project Team. This is a hybrid role spanning remote, client, and in-office work locations and requires occasional travel.
Job Description
Stand-up and successfully run all functions of a Program/Transformation Management Office for a large-scale digital transformation including:
Lead development & implementation of program governance structure and operating model.
Lead program planning, tracking, and schedule management for large-scale digital transformation.
Develop and implement reporting processes to track overall program health including scope, schedule, and budget.
Develop and support all delivery functional processes including deliverable acceptance, resource onboarding and offboarding, escalation and decisioning, risk and issue management, etc.
Support quality management processes including contract, risk, and compliance activities.
Effectively manage communications and reporting channels for both client executives and internal team.
Manage financial tracking, monitoring, and reporting; manage change orders and requests impacting financials.
Identify and support change management activities including training and enablement.
Work directly with both onshore, offshore, and vendor teams to coordinate delivery.
Support day to day tactical activities including internal and external meeting management and progress to plan for large delivery team.
Qualifications
Approximately 10+ years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and work experience providing advisory services in leading Program Management function in at least one of the following areas: PMO/EPMO design/set up and delivery, Program road-mapping design, PMO maturity assessment, End-to End ERP implementation, End-to End PPM implementation.
5+ years experience in consulting.
PM Methodology expertise such as: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.
Experience supporting and participating in pursuit efforts. Experience with the end-to-end RFP process (RFP, Response, Proposal, Client Presentation, SOW and Execution) and understanding of client procurement processes.
Strong relationship building, communication and influencing skills.
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of skills.
Initiative-taking, enthusiastic individual able to communicate at all levels, inspire, motivate with a passion about implementing change and innovation.
Driven by values and integrity and leads by example.
PMP certification preferred.
The following are the annual base salary ranges, commensurate with experience: director: $150,000 - $225,000; Manager: $135,000-$185,000; Senior Director: $175,000 - $275,000 dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography .
