About the Team & Role:
At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (advertising) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving effective ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time. The global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. They work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. The team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community. We are looking for a self-starter with excellent project management skills who is ready to learn and capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders and different functions across cultures and time zones to join our team. As a PMO, you will collaborate extensively with leadership, business stakeholders, internal operations, and several cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, HR, etc.).

Responsibilities:
- Support and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment across global teams on goals, plans, and deliverables.
- Drive or support strategic planning cycles with crossfunctional teams.
- Analyze as-is situations, design process improvements, drive internal and external stakeholder alignments, govern or own project implementations.
- Monitor global cross-functional activities from an overall business perspective, and derive meaningful insights to share with global Leadership for strategy setting and activation.
- Monitor key business metrics, analyze and build relevant reports/dashboards, enabling effective decision-making by extracting actionable insight from the same.
- Own and drive special initiatives across a range of topics in partnership with cross-functional teams and ensure timely and successful delivery of the same.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders for relevant business insight content updates and drive business/leadership forums discussion.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/business-oriented field
- Experience in fast-paced organizations
- Extensive direct project management and aptitude for managing & analyzing data.

Preferred Requirements:
- Management consulting experience within a technology company
- Experience managing the strategic planning cycle with cross-functional engagement and prioritization.
- Experience managing large scale global projects and following through the entire project life cycle.
- Demonstrable people management experience both directly and leading on project teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate, foster relationships and work cross-functionally, especially with global, diverse teams in multiple time-zones.
- Strong understanding & application of data and data acquisition.
