• High school graduate or equivalent required. At least one prior year of direct contact patient care preferred. EEG, LPN, EMT, Respiratory Therapist or previous sleep experience preferred. As required by the AASM standards enroll in the A-STEP online self study program within two weeks of hire and complete the program within the given AASM deadline. Prefer proficiency in the principles of polysomnography and electroencephalography. License / Certification: BLS required; ACLS preferred. Excellent interpersonal a communication skills and understanding and sensitivity for patient comfort and confidentiality. Moderate computer literacy. Ability to provide a positive customer service experience to guest, visitors, and patients. Ability to maintain a professional and customer centric composure in difficult or challenging situations. Basic Life Support (BLS)
