The role you'll contribute:

The Portfolio Administration Senior Analyst is responsible for the entire day to day operating processes of the private market portfolio. This will require liaising with numerous external parties such as general partners and consultants, as well as internal stakeholders on the investment, administration, tax, audit, accounting, and data teams. This role will work closely with the investment team to provide all needed logistical support to run the private market portfolio in an efficient manner. This role is also expected to be the private market operations subject matter expert for the broader administration team and will also be responsible for leading the collection, verification, and maintenance of private market data.

• Responsible for coordinating the timing of the investment deal pipeline while providing status updates to the internal team.

• Manage and review all documentation prior to final sign-off and execution for current and initial investments.

• Monitor, store, and communicate investment due diligence and operational due diligence for all relevant investments.

• Ensure investment information is accurate across all technology platforms (portfolio management, accounting, and bank).

• Act as primary liaison between our internal partners (Investment, Audit, Accounting, Tax, Finance, and Data Teams) for our private market portfolio.

• Act as primary liaison between external partners (consultants and vendors) for the private market portfolio.

• Maintain access to all general partners data rooms.

• Maintain a client relationship management database with meeting minutes and contact information for all pertinent stakeholders.

• Coordinate capital calls and distributions between the general partners, middle office, and the internal investment team.

• Organize and store all private markets and documentation on the company network.

• Lead quarterly data collection campaigns .

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :

• Bachelor's degree in related field.

• 3+ years of overall experience in the Private Market sector.

• Knowledge of the Private Market investment lifecycle.

• Broad knowledge of the different systems that support the Private Market investments.

• Experience working with alternative investment documentation.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Understanding of capital markets.

• Understanding of investments operational workflows.
