An Insight Global client is looking for a Power BI Developer to join their team. Looking for a driven individual ready to grow and provide value to the team. Below are some of the key responsibilities a person in this role would have:

Understands strategic business objectives and work with business partners to economically justify and develop plans to create the necessary business insights.

Utilizes a combination of business acumen and technical knowledge to identify, prioritize, and solve high-impact business problems.

Translates complicated analysis results into relevant business messages. Effectively communicate results to project stakeholders and business teams.

Develops a working knowledge in other technical areas that are relevant to arriving at the appropriate solution to the business.

Develops the expertise needed to participate in walk-throughs with other staff to verify the completeness, accuracy, and efficiency with respect to both the design, development, and maintenance of analytics solutions.

Develops the interpersonal skills needed to function effectively as a member of a project team and to educate business partners on the use of analytics.

Identify, visualize, and analyze data from a variety of sources to obtain business insights.

Leads and manages analytical projects from conceptual through definition phase.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years' experience with data visualization using Power BI

Advanced skills in querying data using SQL

Dax coding

Strong communication skills relaying information 1 on 1 to end users

Experience with manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensional data from varying sources

Experience creating business requirement solutions

Experience with data analysis projects from identifying data sources, querying data sources, performing analysis, creating visualizations, data analysis/modeling, identifying insights and implementation, enterprise reports
