Position Summary: The Premium Business Strategy & Analytics Analyst will be responsible for reporting and analyzing sales data for the Crypto.com Arena Premium Department across all products. Person will maintain an accurate sales reporting system for various events and products at Crypto.com Arena, Peacock Theater and L.A. LIVE as well as provide management with a monthly commission report for 25+ sales representatives. The Premium Business Strategy & Analytics Analyst will also be knowledgeable in CRM, assisting in analyzing customer accounts and identifying efficiency tactics amongst the department. Essential Functions:
  • Analyzes trends and tracks sales for each event on the macro (event) and the micro (sales representative) levels for use by sales leadership.
  • Create, maintain, and audit deal sheets for event suites and additional products.
  • Build real-time forecasting models to predict total sales for all events.
  • Work with management to schedule, report on and analyze on sales team call campaigns.
  • Lead and analyze customer research efforts, including online surveys, etc.
  • Work cohesively with Manager, Strategy & Analytics in analyzing sales reports and data for events and products to ensure integration and organization amongst all programs.
  • Analyze customer accounts, transactions, demographics, and campaign responsiveness to build actionable profiling and segmentation; prepare PowerPoint presentations to summarize data.
  • Work cohesively with Manager, Ticket Operations to always have timely and accurate information about all current sales and general information on upcoming events, etc.
  • Execute on key research and analysis that leads to actionable recommendations for different functional areas of the business.
  • Assist in coordination and analysis of data within KORE CRM and all BackOffice ticketing platforms including data imports, queries, data organization, and sustaining data integrity.
  • Responsible for monthly commission reports across all department sales initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum education level of: High School Diploma (BA/BS Degree Preferred).
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience with a strong interest in sports and entertainment industry.
  • CRM experience required/KORE & Dynamics experience is preferred.
  • Highly Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to interact with all levels of the organization and outside agencies/organizations.
  • Ability to work independently to accomplish work objectives, as well as in a team environment.
  • Excellent technical presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments/ organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and must be attentive to details.
  • Demonstrated experience work with, analyzing, and interpreting data.
  • Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality.
  • Demonstrate the ability to successfully work in a team and with stakeholders across an organization.
  • Proven ability to meet competing and shifting demands within a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work a non-traditional work schedule such as nights, weekends, holidays.
Pay Scale: $67,000 - $70,000 AEG reserves the right to change or modify the employee's job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship.
