One of Insight Globals healthcare clients is seeking a Sr. Analyst, People Analytics and Data Management, to join their team. This individual will serve as a conduit between the data warehouse team and Workday, ensuring effective communication and integration, as well as collaborating with technical groups to educate and support them on Workday technology. The ideal candidate will be a strong collaborator with a solid background in data management technologies. This is a permanent role and is 4 days a week onsite in Irvine, CA, Irving, TX, or Henderson, NV. This role can pay between $125k-135k/yr.

Required Skills & Experience

Proficiency in Power BI.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Excellent analytics ability with a focus on analyzing, interpreting, and extracting insights from large amounts of data, and developing recommendations & improvement opportunities.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to become a key integrator.
Mature attitude with excellent collaboration skills.
Experience in educating technical teams on Workday technology.

Background in working with Snowflake.
