A client of Insight Global in the Galleria area is looking for a Cyber Security Analyst to join the architecture and engineering team. On a daily basis, this person will develop and maintain OT cyber security reference architecture, roadmaps, policies, standards, guidelines, performance standards, maintenance plans and instructions. They will also provide governance and oversight of all OT cyber security controls, solutions and risks within the assigned region. They will provide OT architecture consultation, design and assessment services across various technical technology domains. This will be a hybrid schedule and this person will be required to sit onsite 3 days a week in the Galleria area of Houston, Texas. This position pays between $40-$50/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years cyber security, IT or OT operational experience desirable.

3+ years' experience of designing and delivering large enterprise scale solutions with demonstrated security expertise.

3+ years' experience with development and publishing of cybersecurity policies, standards, processes, and procedures.

Strong communication, organizational skills with good stakeholder management skills.

Strong solution design and solution documentation skills is a must.

Strong analytical skills being able to assess risk, perform RCAs and FMEA.

Strong technical writing skills.

A strong ability to understand business context and communicate risk and impacts in a clear, concise manner.

Advanced knowledge of frameworks including NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-82, NIST 800-207, IEC 62443, CIS, ISO 27001, SANS ICS/OT Critical Controls

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in OT, ICS, IEC 61511 Functional Safety and critical infrastructure environments highly desirable
