Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect with 17 to 21 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in various AI and machine learning technologies including Amazon CodeWhisperer AWS Bedrock Huggingface Bloom Claude LLAMA 2 text-bison chat-bison GCP Gen AI code-bison GitHub Copilot Falcon and OpenAI GPT3.5 & 4.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of advanced AI solutions using Amazon CodeWhisperer AWS Bedrock Huggingface Bloom and other specified technologies.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of AI models that enhance business processes and decision-making.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows.
  • Ensure the scalability reliability and performance of AI solutions across various platforms.
  • Conduct thorough research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for AI projects including design specifications and user manuals.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools and frameworks to meet project requirements.
  • Implement best practices for AI model training validation and testing.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of AI models in production environments.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new AI technologies and methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all AI initiatives.
  • .Qualifications: Possess a deep understanding of Amazon CodeWhisperer AWS Bedrock Huggingface Bloom Claude LLAMA 2 text-bison chat-bison GCP Gen AI code-bison GitHub Copilot Falcon OpenAI GPT3.5 & 4.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex AI projects.
  • Show proficiency in programming languages such as Python Java or similar.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.


Certifications Required
  • AWS Certified Machine Learning
  • Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate


Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 - $ 200,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
