A leading provider of cloud security and identity governance solutions is looking for principal IAM engineers to support their main products. A day will include collaborating with customers and internal back end team members on product issues, solutions, use cases, and troubleshooting problems. These individuals will be getting around 10 tickets per week revolving around customers trying to implement specific use cases, product differences, and any break fix, bug platform issues. There will be SLA's to hit like driving customer satisfaction, response time, and ratings. They will be providing technical analysis for incidents, resolution, and root cause to ensure issues happening again.

Required Skills & Experience

Need to have great communication
6 - 8+ years experience in implementing various IGA solutions (IGA, IAM, PAM, PIM)
Strong Domain knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Hands-on experience in configuring and deploying one or more IAM tools like Saviynt, Sailpoint, OKTA, Ping, Beyond Trust, Palo Alto Networks, Oracle IM or ISIM
Strong implementation knowledge (hands on keyboard working experience)
Knowledge and experience in invoking REST/SOAP Web Services/Microservices using tools such as Postman
Database : Extensive experience in database operations in SQL or MYSQL or Oracle
Strong hands-on experience with Scripting (ex. Shell, Javascript, Python, Groovy)
Basic knowledge of operating systems such as Linux, Unix & windows
Experience working with Support Tools such as Ticketing tools (Freshservice), JIRA, Confluence etc.
