Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for "Principal Product Consultant - Duck Creek" to join the team of IT professionals in a permanent role. Job Location: Charlotte, NC (Remote)
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Experience delivering medium to large Duck Creek implementation programs
• P&C domain knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Program Manager with 14-16 years of experience in overseeing Duck Creek Policy and Billing implementations.
• Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a must.
• Experience in Agile delivery with teams spread in multiple locations
• Ability to create and maintain detailed RAID log for medium to large programs with multiple workstreams
• Collaborate with various cross functional teams to highlight dependencies and ensure that the dependencies are being met per the project plan
• Work closely with project sponsors, cross functional teams, key stake holders and ensure the program risks and issues are addressed in a timely manner
• Track program financials throughout implementation and ensure adherence to plan
• Strategize implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction quality and performance Oversee multiple project teams ensuring program goals
• Analyze evaluate and overcome program risks and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000K - $180,000K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
