The streaming industry is changing rapidly and Prime Video's 3P business is in a hyper growth stage. We're evolving our strategy to become the preferred global streaming destination and have more work to do to elevate partner facing products and tools. We're seeking a high judgment, strategic leader to spearhead must-win initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
This TPM will help establish the vision (and strategy to achieve) and execution for a portfolio of products that enable Prime Video 3P Partners to grow their business on our hub. They will work directly with partners to understand pain points/opportunities, and distribute learnings throughout PV prod/tech to influence roadmaps, then working closely with business stakeholders and the core development team (UX, Engineering, Science) to ship software solutions that help partners grow their business on PV.
A day in the life
Key stakeholders for this role includes business executives owning 3P P&L, content acquisition managers (CAMs) who pen the deals with partners, marketing teams, operations teams, and core Prime Video prod/tech leaders.
This leader and their team will regularly present vision, roadmap (OP1/2), and program update documents to VP level leadership. They will pitch to partners and will participate in strategic business conversations to better understand Studio's objectives and measure of success on Prime Video. They will own defining and optimizing input/output metrics for their space.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $141,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
