The Privacy & Law Enforcement Team is a team of dedicated professionals within Apple legal department who manage and respond to all legal requests received from law enforcement agencies globally, including subpoenas, court orders and search warrants. The team also responds to emergency requests globally on a 24/7 basis. The Systems Manager will be responsible for developing and managing all the technical solutions used by these professionals to respond to law enforcement requests, including the newly launched web portal for law enforcement agencies.
Description
- Design, develop and drive the adoption of new or enhanced software products/tools to manage the processing of law enforcement requests.
- Manage & resolve (debug) production and performance issues of software products including web portal - communicate with users, coordinate troubleshooting efforts among teams.
- Conduct requirements analysis, design, build, testing, end-user training, and system rollouts leveraging project management skills.
- Use reporting tools such as Tableau and Business Objects to develop reporting solutions to fulfill Government Information Requests Transparency Reports.
- Manage day-to-day operations by coordinating directly with cross-functional groups to ensure the best possible user experience.
- Coordinate all facets of new system releases including user acceptance testing, training, and documentation.
- Own and manage cross functional projects from ideation to completion, ensure project is completed on time, in scope, with business requirements delivered.
