An employer is seeking a Process & Controls Engineer for a fortune 50 Consumer Goods client located in the Greensboro, NC area. This engineer will be directly supporting a large project and initiative for change management, process control & improvement, validation reporting, and program process improvements to support and add additional functions to the existing packing lines. Their primary responsibilities will be broken down 60% controls and 40% validation to include writing documentation for risks, installation validation, controls validation and integration, developing protocols, and writing and routing final reports.

Required Skills & Experience

* Process Improvement, Change Management, and Validation experience. (installation and controls)

* PLC controls integration and/or programming

* Vendor acceptance process for machine capability

* Making, Packaging/packing, manufacturing, or CPG industry experience

* IQ/OQ/PQ familiarity

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* PLC controls integration and/or programming (Allen Bradley)

* Prior P&G experience

* Familiarity with P&G Systems and Software

* CPG bottling or jarring experience for packing purposes
