Insight Global is looking for a Process Engineer who will play a pivotal role in documenting, optimizing, and standardizing the company's operational processes. Our client is an innovative startup in the e-commerce landscape with a fast-growing global presence.

This individual will work closely with the Country Manager, leveraging their skills as motivator and driver while providing a structured approach to process management. The ideal candidate will employ various documentation methods, ensuring that every operational aspect is clearly defined and accessible, including process write-ups, video tutorials, short-form guides, and toolbox talks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a systematic framework for documenting all operational processes.
- Create materials in diverse formats tailored to various audience needs, including detailed process guides, instructional videos, short reference documents, and toolbox talks to facilitate trainings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map out current processes using flowcharts and diagrams and identifying areas for improvement.
- Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all key processes, ensuring they are all kept up to date.
- Train team members on SOPs through structured training sessions and materials, ensuring compliance and understanding of all documented processes.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in e-commerce, logistics, or related industries.
- Experience in process mapping, documentation, and workflow optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights and clear documentation.
- Experience with documentation tools and software including video editing tools, graphic design software for process mapping, and project management platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, process engineering, operations management, or related field.

- Experience in a startup environment or working with global partners
