Process Engineer Intro:
As a Process Engineer at our Indianapolis facility, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our manufacturing and packaging operations. This position involves mentoring and supporting the team in diagnosing and resolving software, instrument, and process problems to ensure system readiness and compliance. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our continuous improvement projects and the integration of new technologies.

Process Engineer Job Details:
This contract-to-hire position requires a high level of communication skills, with a requirement of 9/10, and involves working onsite Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Background checks and drug tests are prerequisites for this role.

Process Engineer Mandatory Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering, scientific, or maintenance discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of engineering experience in a GMP, pharmaceutical, or food industry.
- Strong experience within GAMP 5 and GMP environments.
- Proficient in configuring process control system software, managing recipes, and handling process data to support production or quality department requests.
- Skilled in process improvement and industrial design applications relevant to a job shop environment.
- Experience with specific packaging machinery such as blister machines, bottling, carding, labeling, and syringe assembly.

Process Engineer Desired Skills:
- Advanced experience in designing, programming, modeling, and testing automated systems including robotics and clinical packaging equipment.
- Proven ability to ensure that code and configurations meet specifications and validation requirements.

Process Engineer Start Date:
The anticipated start date for this position is 05/16.

Process Engineer Location:
This position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States and requires the candidate to be onsite during the specified working hours.
