  • Experience working with business operations, process improvement, project management, analytics, and/or business transformation
  • Expertise in process engineering and optimization.
  • Experience in analyzing data, operational models and process maps
  • Any experience working with projects related to Financial services, specifically payment gateways, online transaction processing, POS, Loyalty programs etc., would be a huge plus.
  • Strong presentation development skills including the ability to distil many data points and processes into concise summaries with detailed illustrations and examples
  • Oversight of modelling standards and adherence to Operational Excellence guidelines.
  • Process analysis, process modelling and governance
  • Documenting and analyzing current/target state business processes
  • Ability to establish priorities across regions, driving Op Ex efforts through partnerships with process owners, enterprise team, tech partners and SMEs.
  • Ambassador of the Operational Excellence culture, partnering with leaders across the organization to support short and long term strategy.
  • Provides expertise for the proactive identification of opportunities from a process efficiency perspective and automation.
  • Participate and drive process workshops and deep dive sessions to drive Op Ex culture and a mind-set of continuous improvement.
