About the Role: We are looking for a Procurement Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze procurement spend data, develop and report KPIs, and perform ad hoc data analysis to support decision making.

This position will be located at our facility in Elkton, Maryland, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage procurement KPI dashboard and supporting data tracking
  • Perform procurement financial and spend analysis
  • Drive broad market intelligence initiatives (capture, analysis, and reporting activity)
  • Manage procurement data infrastructure and data management projects
  • Support ad-hoc procurement category needs
  • Provide data for compliance audits and certifications, including sustainability


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, computer science, or business
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a data-oriented supply chain role
  • Proficiency in data query and analysis tools (databasing skills, PowerBI, advanced Excel)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving, and data analysis skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate business needs/questions into meaningful data queries and analysis and solutions
  • Ability to travel up to 5%


To minimize disruption to the business, while supporting growth and development, Associates are expected to fulfill a minimum of 2 years in commitment before applying to another internal commitment. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved.
