-Lead the site procurement team and provide them with hands-on support and guidance
- Define procurement resources, clear goals, objectives, and develop annual training plans
- Be an active member of Site Leadership Team
- Agile and effective support during unplanned outages
- Support implementation of Category Management & Procurement initiatives
- Manage and control site contracts and Master Service Agreements
- Engage Legal, Insurance, Treasury, EH&S, and other functions for negotiation and vetting of contractual terms
- Establish and monitor supplier relationship & supplier performance with agreed metrics/KPIs and execute supplier Quarterly Business Reviews
- Manage and execute supplier creation and data maintenance process

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Administration, Finance, or related field required
- 5+ years relevant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain management, and financial analytics
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Experience with enterprise asset management systems Oracle/SAP and eProcurement

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Certifications in disciplines such as Procurement (SCMP/CPSM), Inventory Management (CIPS), Lean Six Sigma, or Operational Planning
- Experience at a large industrial site in the petrochemical or oil and gas industry preferred
